My husband called to see if they would send their service truck out to fix it. Owner was rude and said NO. So leave a single mother on the road. She was able to get someone to fix the flat. Worst customer service and service!!!!

1 /5 Dana Powers: They lied to me about the price of a tire. Charged me $178 for an off brand tire after assuring me I was getting a deal for $60. I was stuck in the rain and they took advantage. Thieves. I hope they go out of business.

1 /5 Mark Rivera: Went in to get a new tire, machanic broke two of my wheel studs, and just looked at me like nothing happened then went to the main boss to asked what he was going to do fix them for me for a discount or what and he stated I had to buy the parts and pay to have it fixed when I wasnt the one who broke it. I didnt tell the employee to go ahead he already broke one off trying to the wheel off then broke another putting it on. Manager is rude and pathetic.

I had picture of the flat tire that had two holes and apparently was dry rotted. He put my kids and I in danger with giving a customer a tire he had to have know it was bad. YOURE A MECHANIC HOW COULD YOU NOT SEE THAT ITS DRIED OUT! Never will I go here again and I definitely wouldn’t suggest it to anyone else. Don’t deserve not one star rating.

Kiara Rivera: I was told the alternator on my car was bad. He changed it but two weeks after it being changed, it was still having the same issues. I spent $500 for pretty much nothing. It was difficult to pay with a card because he only accepted money transfer and I Did not get a receipt or confirmation of my payment. Would not recommend. It was over priced and lacked urgency in getting my car fixed. Don’t waste your time and money like I did- just go to a real mechanic.

F G: Update: 3 months after we posted this review, the owner replies “funny don’t remember any of this” which is very telling of a company whom we are already giving a one star review to. They didn’t say “call us to see if we can resolve your issue” or “sorry for your experience please call to tell us more so we can better understand what happened” none of that. Instead we are basically called liars months after the review. We don’t lie, we bring receipts. I highly recommend people shop elsewhere because this is now two unprofessional responses to an inconvenience THEY caused. Uncourteous staff. Parts did not arrive in time for our appointment, an inconvenience but understandable. However, no phone call to reschedule our appointment and then they were aggravated with us because we couldn’t leave the vehicle there indefinitely that day or possibly beyond that day. Made a snide comment about not knowing that the vehicle would be getting dropped off and had to be picked up before 2 pm to pick up children from school. Mind you we had a 9 am appointment for a less than 2 hour install. Just to be clear, you are the service provider and you should communicate to your customer. All of this could have been avoided by making a simple phone call asking us to reschedule before our appointment time. Or at least not catching an attitude for something that was not our fault. Never coming back here.

It was a very busy Friday, but management didn’t miss a beat. They addressed the issue quickly, kept us informed, and had us in and out in no time. I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently the entire staff worked—they were turning work orders around nonstop, yet still made time to be courteous and professional. The manager was extremely polite, and despite how busy it was, we never felt like just another number. Solid performance all around—this team knows what they’re doing, and they deliver under pressure. Huge thanks for getting us safely back on the road!

Al: Expensive but efficient! And they wont do anything without you telling them first. I asked for a diagnostic and got a diagnostic. A diagnostic check is $210, and they check electric separate so if you want a diagnostic for anything electric thats another $210. But if you have a Ford vehicle and no other place knows what to do then come here and get it done! The building is very clean and comfortable with two waiting areas, and theres plenty of windows so you can check your car.

Alba Marcos: I consider this company to be the worst I have ever dealt with they scout out people and very unlawful manner. To tow your car in a parking lot that is not properly marked. I am very devastated with the attitude that I received. I was told I was gonna be charged $100 to drop my vehicle then ended up charging me 105 and they were happy to tell me that if they would’ve taken the vehicle that it would’ve costed me $250 to get it back here’s a photograph of the vehicle in the place that it was parked and as you can see, there is no sign that says that I cannot park there. I’m seeking to take them to court.
