1 /5 MV-angel61: I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received at this hospital. Although the ER staff and doctor were pleasant, the experience took a turn for the worse after I was transferred to the 2nd floor. Dr. Cabana diagnosed me with pancreatitis and recommended admission for rest, monitoring, and hydration. However, the reality was far from restful. It would take nurses an hour to respond to calls or requests. A bulletin board in my room, intended to display information about my care team and treatment schedule, was consistently left blank. I was unable to identify my nurses due to their badges being obscured. Furthermore, I had to endure a disruptive roommate and was eventually relocated to another room. Even then, I was disturbed by staff informing me that I would need to be moved again. I fail to understand why the hospital administration has not addressed these systemic issues, despite numerous reviews highlighting similar concerns. I urge you to take my feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure that patients receive the care they deserve.
