4 /5 Krista Simpson: Absolutely awesome experience everyone was perfect from the security guard to the PA. I was in and out fast. Only issue was with the triage guy he mumbled and did not talk English clearly at all then when I asked for him to repeat himself multiple times he got extremely man.. If he would just take a moment to think about what hes saying and slow down and work on pronunciation he would have saved us both time and frustration.

1 /5 Bjorn Karlstrom: Absolutely terrible experience. Spent 25 hours in an emergency room. Enormous waiting times. Had a spine injury and waited for 3 hours for first pain medication. I then got even worse pain and enormous pain in my chest so I had to get EKG. Nurse said it was probaly due to incorrect medication. CT scan showed injury but was not detailed enough so MRI was ordered. Got different diagnostics and opinions from 2 different doctors. Was waiting for the MRI but never got it done. Was waiting for a trauma center room but never got one. After 22 hours I was told no MRI was needed and they sent me home. I was told I got a prescription for pain medication but never got the prescription. Went to the drugstore 26 miles away to get it but they had never received anything. Then had to wait 4 days to get it because of incorrect prescription information. Nurses know nothing, nobody has information and when they say they will look into it it takes 2-3 hours to get a (sometimes inconsistent) reply. I have had and still have major pain and discomfort due to the (non) treatment there and will never set my foot there again. I have everything on record and Im now seeking legal advice

5 /5 Sylvia Cruz: I am glad to said that my experience in the Emergency room and cvicu and neuro tele was wonderful the staff was very helpful and professional in the Emergency room I would like to thanks DR. ROSARIO HE WAS VERY helpful and professional also the resident who took care of me she kept up to date with my treatment my nurse Jose Suarez and all the other staff that help me when I needed help they all did good and kept me comfortable while I was waiting for a room.thank you to every one in the Emergency room and to Amanda and Naomi in cvicu.

1 /5 Randy Oney: Horrific communication from nurses, residents and case workers. Not all nurses or residents, but when several don’t seem to care, or take a moment to actually understand what the problem is. Then when you push for an answer, you get the “I don’t know that’s somebody else. Not to mention language barrrriers. I’m very patient till I’m not. Started out expecting outpatient procedure, turned into overnight. Would not wish this treatment on anyone. Very disappointed!!!

5 /5 Linda C. Smith: My husband was attended to immediately. He received thorough care and was advised to be admitted for further testing. My husband was refusing this. A second doctor, a supervisor, came in to explain and stress the importance of being admitted and finding the source of infection. I am grateful for that advice, which we followed.
