5 /5 Timothy Kallen: Went here to have a procedure done. Very easy check in. Registration all was very quick and easy. Facility was outstanding. My Daughter picked dropped me and picked me up, she said it doesnt even have that Hospital smell. Did not go to cafeteria so not sure how good it was. But everyone was courteous and very friendly. Nursed in outpatient were outstanding. Great care.

1 /5 Peter Petrella: This is quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at an ER. My mom went into the emergency room with breathing issues and after diagnosing her by 8am (she came in at 5am) they didn’t come back to check in on her. They never asked her if she wanted food or water, and her oxygen levels stayed in the 80s and receiving oxygen was never presented to her as an option. When she asked to go to the bathroom and expressed that she has trouble walking, the nurse reluctantly held out her arm and proceeded to leave and walk away from the bathroom forcing my mom to walk back by herself. Her IV and blood drawing equipment was left on the table next to her the entire time, and when she pressed the nurse call button at 1pm after little no care or answers, the nurse accidentally hit the intercom button for her remote laughing and saying “she already went to the bathroom, I don’t know what else she could possibly need.” We got her out of the hospital so fast and to a new one where they IMMEDIATELY administered oxygen and said she should have been on it the entire time. The nurse at the new hospital said they are constantly receiving complaints from the care at your hospital and people are always transferring there to get away from yours. I will never in a million years recommend your hospital or your care staff. See the photo for the 8 hour old biohazard sitting next to her bedside table.

2 /5 Louie Blue: How far am I visited this hospital about 6 years ago? It was fairly new at that time however my experience on this visit was like day-and-night rude reception no empathy left in a room unattended for 3 hours I actually pressed love bell for a nurse and that took 15 minutes for someone to come. Then when I had to go to bathroom I was left completely alone. I must say this hospital theyre not leave me with a secure feeling I do not see myself ever going back again. Thank you ps it seemed like all of the employees were too busy to chatting horse playing and joking about things in their lives and that interested and doing. Their jobs NA attentive and professional manners words cannot express my disappointment and only took the nurse for tries to draw blood from my arms man. Im at a loss forwards.How far am I visited this hospital about 6 years ago? 5 /5 Frances RodCruz: Giana and Leo were so professional, they helped make sure I had the correct MRI. Worked with the VA to ensure proper forms and scripts were sent. Needless to say I spent the entire day waiting to get the correct MRI script. But Leo and Giana made it bearable with their constant communication empathy and kindness. Thankful for all of their help with the VA and getting this very important MRI done for me.

5 /5 Mildred Mujica Ocasio: HCA Poinciana Hospital is excellent, I am currently hospitalized, and last year 2024, I have been hospitalized several times and the experience has been so positive. The nurses Naomi, Ginette, Alba, Virgen are excellent, they treated me so well, they are so professional. I have to recognize Albert, he put me on a midline, he is so professional, he explained things to me and made me feel calm, Thank you. I recommend HCA Poinciana Hospital 1,000%!!
