5 /5 Jessica Rivero: Dr. McLaughlin has always been caring and attentive with my son since we have started with her practice 9 months ago. She has established a relationship with my son and he loves going to the doctor. Not only is she on top of everything making sure he is as healthy as he can be, she always makes sure that she seems him as soon as possible whenever he is sick. For that, I will continue to take my son to see Dr. McLaughlin. As a family, we are very happy with her care.

1 /5 Tom Hornyak: Tried to book an appointment, and the front desk guy acted like he was warning me about a cursed treasure hunt. He droned on about the "long process" and suggested I "look elsewhere." So, if you’re into wasting time and getting a lecture on why you should avoid their services, this is the place for you. Otherwise, you might want to go where people actually like answering questions.

5 /5 Arely Garcia: Been going to Dr. MacLaughlin for over 5 years, she has been amazing with my daughter and now my new born son. She always provides my kids with great medical care and gives me great advice in areas of my concern. I use to take my daughter to the ER when she would run fevers or had really bad coughs, they would never give me anything. I’d take her to see Dr. MacLaughlin and she would put her on meds, within days, my baby was better. My newborn son wasn’t gaining much weight at the beginning, she provided us with very helpful information, which lead us to have a chunker! Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to continue to take my kids back to Dr. MacLaughlin, her years in the medical field truly show.

John Hauss: Aside from the waiting, I was very pleased with the staff, I cant remember the name of my Emergency Nurse who prepped me for an ablation, or the 2 Nurses that tended to me in the Operating Room. The Anesthesiologist was very personable and brought me happily into my dream state. Of course Dr. Samantha Sublette rocks. Room Nurses were pleasant and worked hard to please me at all times. And especially Natalie the charge Nurse who called my daughter to let her know I forgot my cell phone that Im typing this on.

Gulf Coast Medical Center - Fort Myers

Katherine Earley: I want to give 4 stars... but were STILL WAITING on the ER team to tell us whats next. Its been 6 hours since we got here after being told by his VA Primary Care that an ER visit was necessary due to a lab result. Gulf Coast staff have been kind, professional, and helpful. They cant control the timing of more urgent patients; apparently we keep getting bumped down the line due to trauma patients. Conclusion - if your Dr tells you to go to this ER on a Friday afternoon because you are "severely anemic"; be prepared to stay in the waiting room all night. And be prepared to not eat real food - youll never know if you have enough time to go to the cafeteria.

Rob Popoli: I would highly recommend Physicians Regional In Patient Rehab Facility located in North Naples. I required a challenging rehabilitation in order for me to return home safely. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. There were so many people that helped me progress through my rehabilitation I wish I could remember everyones name because each and every individual deserves a 5 Star rating. Starting from the nurse who got me settled in and comfortable on my first night. Lucy was my personal care technician and she was there for me several days during my stay. I felt Lucy was sincere and genuinely cared about my comfort level. She was always there when I needed anything. There is something special about her and I hope that she continues to grow within the healthcare industry because we need more people like Lucy. Every single nurse was amazing and had many years of experience. Tina was exceptional, compassionate, and detailed. I appreciate the fact that I spent time with each and every physical and occupational therapist within the organization. Everyone had their own perspective on how to get me to the next level. My primary therapists were Jason (Occupational) and Brandon (Physical). I am grateful and amazed that they chose this line of work for their career because they are both perfectly suited for it. Jason & Brandon were constantly discussing the proper strategy for my recovery and my safety at home. They both were positive, encouraging and professional during my therapy. I cant wait to come back here in a few months to show them how their efforts were successful. Nancy made sure I had all of the proper equipment and kept everything organized. The facility was clean and organized. The housekeeping staff was consistently top-notch. The food was exceptional quality keeping in mind it is not easy to provide this many meals to this many people on a daily basis. I felt like the level of nutrition was where I needed it to be for my recovery. Some of my favorite people were the lovely ladies who delivered my meals each day. And finally all of the doctors were able to answer all of my questions and make sure that my needs were met. Thanks again to the entire staff!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness that immediately put both my son and me at ease. Every member of the team, from the receptionists to the surgeon, demonstrated exceptional compassion and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, ensuring that I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Its clear that they genuinely care about their patients and their families, which made a huge difference in this stressful situation. They made my toddler feel comfortable and safe, using gentle language, engaging him with, and taking time to answer his curious little questions. Their dedication to providing a child-friendly environment was evident and greatly appreciated. The surgery itself went smoothly and was completed much faster than I had anticipated. I was so relieved to hear everything went perfectly! After the procedure, the staff was thorough in explaining the aftercare process, addressing all my concerns about what to expect in the days and weeks ahead. Their comprehensive guidance made it much easier to navigate the recovery period. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my son received at the childrens hospital. The kindness, thoroughness, and expertise of the entire staff made a challenging experience much more manageable, and I felt truly supported throughout the entire journey and with each visit.

From the moment we arrived, the triage nurse Stephen was attentive and quickly assessed his condition. The entire staff acted promptly, ensuring he received the necessary treatment without hesitation. Dr.Glenn even had a tissue basketball shoot out with my son. I am beyond grateful for their outstanding care and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. Bonnie Rushing: I have only seen Dr Dounchis. He is very good. My issue is with the staff. It is virtually impossible to get any response to a call for help. I recently needed help (really needed it) for an injury for which I saw Dounchis just before he left for holiday. The doctor taking his call did not return my call, Dounchis’ nurse did not return call, staff did not return my call. I left message for all three, with no help forthcoming. I had to go to Millenium walk-in clinic to be seen. The surgeons may be good, but if a patient cannot get the office to call when he/she has genuine issue, it does not do the patient much good.

Debra FL: Busy place but fairly efficient in getting you checked in and then to whatever test youre having done. I like the option to wait outside too, otherwise indoor is crowded. The last two appointments Ive arrived 15 minutes early, check in, and am typically finished withing15 minutes after appointed time. I would recommend.

Tomm R: A long wait for an xray but the ER staff were very nice. My second day had to come back for a boot fitting and its taking forever... did I mention in just visiting for the first time in 2 years...omg!
