Stay tuned while I quantify that statement… I’ve interacted with “Tricia” since her initial employment, that being several years and numerous new vehicle purchases ago. She has treated me with the same professionalism each visit. She is extremely knowledgeable with the product line(s), knowing what my vehicles need next or how to resolve an issue without hesitation. This recent visit was a routine service including oil change. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment and as per norm, the service documents were already prepared, and she immediately departed with the vehicle. Forty-three minutes later it was returned with a smile. I very rarely receive this level of customer service with any other industry. I cringe at the thought of her departing, but fact is, young energetic talent of this caliber moves on and up quickly. 5 Stars all around.

I told her it would be fine I could wait a couple of hours to wish she replied well "many of our technicians didnt show up for work so I dont know how long it will be.

    Ryan Rowbotham: This collision center has had my car for just over 4 months now to perform very minor repairs, what was supposed to take no longer than a month has taken them 4 months and every single time I call them, they give me a new date of completion, and when that day comes, a new date, and this has been going on for 4 months. They are charging my insurance more than $20,000 for repairs that should have costed no more than $2,500. Do not trust this collision center, they are dishonest and greedy.

The service department provided professional care and prompt service to my vehicle. The vehicle was finished at 9:00 AM. Thank you Cassie and Shawn for your kindness and professionalism!     Tim Bowdoin: Very bad experience with Tire Mart. Recently I had my front end diagnosed on the passenger front side. They said there would be no diagnostic fee. When I talked to the technician he did not know what the problem was. When my car is backing out and I turn to the left the wheel bumps really super bad and the technician said he couldnt duplicate the problem. The wheel is about to fall off almost. When I asked him about the control arm and ball joint he said he wasnt sure. He would not give me a definite answer what was wrong with the car. He said he didnt know. I asked him about the struts. He said it was leaking. The technician said that might be the problem but he didnt know. But the struts will not cause this problem. So my bad was having them replace the control arm and ball joint which I thought might be a shot in the dark. That was my bad. When I called them back, they said they had replaced the control arm but not the ball joint when I was told the ball joint would be replaced. My advice is go somewhere else.
