From the moment we arrived, the triage nurse Stephen was attentive and quickly assessed his condition. The entire staff acted promptly, ensuring he received the necessary treatment without hesitation. Dr.Glenn even had a tissue basketball shoot out with my son. I am beyond grateful for their outstanding care and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. 5 /5 Cynthia Churchill: Had to be admitted to the hospital this week I have never stayed in this Hospital nor have I ever heard good reviews on this Hospital however now that it is under new ownership I had the best care I could ever have prayed for they literally saved my life this week I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I received from the awesome people in this Hospital I would recommend Lehigh Regional Hospital to everyone that needs to be hospitalized it was clean they were so efficient I cant count the number of times they came to my room without me even asking and when I did ask for something they immediately went and got it and brought it right back to me! I know in my heart from the moment I walked into that emergency room door until they took me to my car after a 4-day stay they saved my life I could not ask for any better medical staff doctors nurses and medical aids.... the absolute best Hospital stay I have ever experienced thank you to all of you who took such wonderful care of me you will never know how much I appreciate it!!!

5 /5 Maylen Garcia: I had a pleasant visit to the ER at Lehigh Regional. The staff was very attentive to my needs. Dr. Pedro Ramos was phenomenal. He explained every process along the way and was very informative. My visit was quick and I felt assured and confident I was healthy enough to go. I will def. Recommend this facility to my friends and family. Thank you for your care.

5 /5 Dave Henley: Supervisor and RN Mrs. K is very understanding and very knowledgeable about medical advice. She seeks to help her patients and make a difference at her job and I appreciate and respect her for that. Many people won’t give me the time of day to hear what I’m saying but he heard me and I appreciated that more then seeing the doctor itself! Dr Jean is also amazing he was welcoming and very supportive and helpful!

Debra FL: Busy place but fairly efficient in getting you checked in and then to whatever test youre having done. I like the option to wait outside too, otherwise indoor is crowded. The last two appointments Ive arrived 15 minutes early, check in, and am typically finished withing15 minutes after appointed time. I would recommend.

Ed Ruben: The emergency room was freezing. The blankets did not help. I was never offered food or drink even when my condition improved. All night I overheard the staff complaining about the other staff as I was located next to the nurses station. When I got home I realized they did not give me my clothes or my Drivers License back. I received no discharge papers again. I have been there before and did not receive papers the last time. Terrible experience for HCA.

Mars Parks: Had this appt scheduled since January. I received a text message before my appointment to check in. I checked in for my appointment on my phone, in the lobby, at 10:30am. I sat right in front of the receptionist. My appointment was scheduled for 11. At 11:30, I walked up to the front desk girl and asked her about my appointment. She told me that we would have to reschedule because my appointment was at 11. I told her I checked in and was sitting right in front of her for an hour, that I had waited a month for this appointment and really need to be seen today. She told me that everyone was too busy. I asked to speak with an office manager, she told me they didn’t have one and would take a message for the doctor and then scheduled me out to April. I sat, directly in front of this girl for an hour waiting for my appointment, after I checked in on my phone. Why not say something to the person if the check in didn’t go through? Why not acknowledge the person in general that’s sitting, waiting in your lobby? I was the only person in there, majority of the time waiting. Taking this poor practice as a sign to find another doctor.

Rhonda Shoupe: It is truly a wonderful hospital. Dr. Patel is amazing! She immediately spotted a problem with the mixture of meds I am prescribed to take daily. She took one of them away altogether and I was fixed! Great facility is nice and very clean. staff is so very kind, patient and helpful. Only negative is I missed when you used to get a some ice and water with a cup by your bed as well as hygiene products to clean up a little. Over all wonderful place.
