5 /5 Cindys Adams: I visited this ER after passing two others, my daughter was seen immediately and brought to a room. All of the nurses were informative with all that needed to be done. The Dr spoke with me and my daughter with all the next steps the whole time there. We were there about four hours, after the results of the tests were given, daughter was sent home feeling better.

5 /5 Michelle Sanchez: I visited this ER on a weekend and it was a very good experience. The facility was clean, organized and quick! I only sat in the lobby for 5 minutes and was very quickly provided the care that I needed. My attending nurse, Anthony, was so gentle and made me comfortable during my stay. The PA was very easy to talk to and provided me all of the details for my care. I waited about 1 hr for all of my test results and was back on my way home feeling wayyy better. I def recommend this facility!

1 /5 Leslie Cruz: My daughter has a long history of some medical problems, as i was trying to explain this to the doctor i felt she was pushing us away didn’t really care to listen not very compassionate. ER was not busy at all we got called in a matter of 20 minutes. Doctor wasn’t very genuine at all, lacked any compassion. I honestly wouldn’t be back unless absolutely necessary. Seemed like she just wanted to write us a prescription to get us on our way. Wouldn’t recommend this place or better yet Bryan Fox MD.

5 /5 Junior Medina: My first visit to t’your Emergency room and I was so impressed. I reside in NYC and I never experienced such excellence in an emergency room. From the officer who was so courteous when going thrru the scanner for any weapons and the greeting receptionist. To the doctor and nurses who took great care of me. Mind you that they were so fast and efficient. Not that I would love to come back to an emergency room but if I had to I wish it to be an experience that I had in your hospital. Thank you again to all your staff.

5 /5 Ericka Harris: The security was nice and helpful, got me a chair as I was ill. The emergency room clerk/doctor saw me immediately while asking minimum questions, once behind closed doors The nurses listened attentively while taking notes, and asking more questions. I liked that they referred to my medical history as to assure me of my on going care.

HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital - Kissimmee Timothy Kallen: Went here to have a procedure done. Very easy check in. Registration all was very quick and easy. Facility was outstanding. My Daughter picked dropped me and picked me up, she said it doesnt even have that Hospital smell. Did not go to cafeteria so not sure how good it was. But everyone was courteous and very friendly. Nursed in outpatient were outstanding. Great care.

AdventHealth Kissimmee - Kissimmee D Huynh: Do the nurses here start their shifts by walking around the hospital and introducing themselves to every patient until their shift ends? Ive only been here for 3 days, but I’ve met about 20 new names and faces that I would never see again. It’s wild how many people come through! Kidding aside, I truly enjoyed my stay here thanks to my nurses and tech. Due to the blood loss caused by my condition, my brain wasn’t functioning properly, and I struggled to process information and communicate, including slurred speech at times. Despite this, the staff responsible for my care were incredibly supportive and understanding. Everyone here was exceptional and friendly. They treated me with respect and kindness, always responding quickly. A special shoutout to my nurses and tech: Alexander, Carlos, and Rowana. This hospital truly has some of the best people in the world, and I’m grateful to have been under their care. Alex went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. He was exceptional, kind, understanding, funny, and incredibly caring. Alex was truly the best of the best, and I’ll always keep him in my heart. May God bless him, wherever he may be.

Kissimmee Medical Center - Kissimmee Yoneiris Berenice Santana: Loved it! The front desk is kind. Never had a problem with them. Thank you to the DR for all of her advice. She also seems to care about her patients.

AdventHealth Medical Group Hematology & Oncology Kissimmee - Kissimmee J Pinto: Took a year to schedule this appointment and wasnt able to get the provider I wanted. Dr. Pareek was condescending, and none of the medical team took my medical history or looked at the records I brought. Dr. Pareek seems knowledgeable, and I did learn new things in the visit, however, he reminds me of everything wrong with the healthcare system: not up to date, dismissive/gaslighting, and no regard for the patients history (which goes beyond "ranges of normalcy"; ex: just because my BP is within normal range does NOT mean that its normal for ME). As someone that has worked in healthcare simply to understand how it works, find someone that wants to get to know your body and allows you to make informed decisions; beware those that assume and tell you what to do without much information provided and then belittle you for taking charge of your OWN health. For more positives: The rest of the staff was friendly. Facilities are clean and organized. The Advent app and website is great.

AdventHealth Celebration - Kissimmee Jeffrey Bykowski: I came into Advent Health Celebration with a severe case of pneumonia caused by the flu. The level and quality of care I received was exceptional. Not only did I have a relatively quick recovery but the communication with my primary care provider was excellent! All of my follow up issues were very well communicated to all of my providers. This hospital is amazing! As are all of the staff. They are the very best!

AdventHealth Medical Group Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Kissimmee - Kissimmee Susan B: Why is it so difficult to speak to a person on the phone. I went in person to discuss a script that was sent to my pharmacy which was never received. I am now into week three of not being able to get this office to understand they just have to resend a script. You have to leave a message with clinical staff which is never returned. You call and the receptionist will kindly tell you that she is sending a message to the clinical staff. What a surprise, no one calls me or responds. The management at this office is very poor. I will find another digestive care office to go to. Ms. Colon, and Dr. Gomez were helpful and attentive, however, there is something wrong with the office staff and their organization. Fix it folks, people are complaining.

AdventHealth Partin Settlement Health Park - Kissimmee Jenna Lei: This facility is incredibly inviting from the moment you walk in. Very modern, but cozy decor, pleasant holiday music, and quite relaxing overall (think day spa, with mild hospital vibes…). Jason checked us in at the front desk and provided excellent customer service. He was kind, easy to understand and had a good sense of humor. I watched him interact with several customers and he remained professional and courteous while working through the line of customers quickly. Our appointment was at 7:00am, and we walked back at 7:01, which is excellent now-a-days. Overall a great experience, we will be back for future visits.

AdventHealth Heart of Florida - Davenport Brenda Liz Rosario: Came to the hospital because my disable son pull his Gtube out and they did pray to make sure the tube is in his stomach. Then the doctor say he need a cat scan I say no because my son is not going to stay still and I dont want them to put him on sedation. I know they didnt like it but he pull his tube out everyday in the house and at the daycare and me and the nurses at the daycare put the tube back in he doesnt need pray or cat scan so why exposing him through all that when is not necessary. Nemours hospital use to replace the tube only when I didnt have an extra tube in the house. I feel like they dont know what they doing. As Im waiting my son had a seizure and as soon the seizure pass they all walk out the room and didnt even assist to put him in the bed. It was a total mess. Im disappointed.

Urgent Care 24/7 Orlando - Kissimmee Jose Cuervo: Back to days with Sick children-setting appointments got us in & out. (Less than 15mins first appointment/2nd appointment 20 mins) Also get prescription forwarded to Publix for great out of town service. The BEST place in 407-Orlando
