5 /5 Debra FL: Busy place but fairly efficient in getting you checked in and then to whatever test youre having done. I like the option to wait outside too, otherwise indoor is crowded. The last two appointments Ive arrived 15 minutes early, check in, and am typically finished withing15 minutes after appointed time. I would recommend.

1 /5 Naples Insider: What a trash organization to do business with. They spam you with emails to prepay, then when you fill out the form the amount will not fill in. Then when you call, they say they have a five day message queue (no small wonder why) and they keep spamming you with messages about some text you dont want but they wont shut up and let you leave a message. Otherwise great!

5 /5 Dee Vehar: Everyone at the Goodlette Frank Radiology Regional Center were Friendly, very accommodating and helpful. The facility was so busy. But their were a few wonderful places to wait to be called of which two were outdoors. Unfortunately the bathrooms and testing were not clean. Even the vents were dirty. My experience numerous times at the Veteran’s Parkway Center were so much more organized and Very clean.

5 /5 Susan Swanson: The staff were pleasant and helpful. That particular day I needed an IV to be placed. I have particularly challenging venous access. Kevin and Alix(spelling?) were fantastic. Patient and understanding. IV was placed successfully! I was able to have my MRI as scheduled. Thank you

5 /5 Elizabeth Haller: The staff of Radiology Regional in Naples is outstanding. For the 3 tests I had I encountered approximately 10 individuals who introduced themselves, explained the tests as well as what they were doing, and told me approximately how long it would be. They made sure I was comfortable and provided a blanket for me & several other ladies in the waiting area. Top notch service and outstanding, professional personnel. Omar, Mary and countless others made the experience much more pleasant than I could ever have imagined. Thank you.

Ed Ruben: The emergency room was freezing. The blankets did not help. I was never offered food or drink even when my condition improved. All night I overheard the staff complaining about the other staff as I was located next to the nurses station. When I got home I realized they did not give me my clothes or my Drivers License back. I received no discharge papers again. I have been there before and did not receive papers the last time. Terrible experience for HCA.

Mars Parks: Had this appt scheduled since January. I received a text message before my appointment to check in. I checked in for my appointment on my phone, in the lobby, at 10:30am. I sat right in front of the receptionist. My appointment was scheduled for 11. At 11:30, I walked up to the front desk girl and asked her about my appointment. She told me that we would have to reschedule because my appointment was at 11. I told her I checked in and was sitting right in front of her for an hour, that I had waited a month for this appointment and really need to be seen today. She told me that everyone was too busy. I asked to speak with an office manager, she told me they didn’t have one and would take a message for the doctor and then scheduled me out to April. I sat, directly in front of this girl for an hour waiting for my appointment, after I checked in on my phone. Why not say something to the person if the check in didn’t go through? Why not acknowledge the person in general that’s sitting, waiting in your lobby? I was the only person in there, majority of the time waiting. Taking this poor practice as a sign to find another doctor.

Rhonda Shoupe: It is truly a wonderful hospital. Dr. Patel is amazing! She immediately spotted a problem with the mixture of meds I am prescribed to take daily. She took one of them away altogether and I was fixed! Great facility is nice and very clean. staff is so very kind, patient and helpful. Only negative is I missed when you used to get a some ice and water with a cup by your bed as well as hygiene products to clean up a little. Over all wonderful place.

Dianna James: Not much to say about her regarding my needs. I mean of bad comments, except for holding your insulin refill unless you go see her. My boyfriend did see her and he’s diabetic and the price of the medication was almost & 300.00 and so he called her to see if the was any other insulin that was cheaper that he can afford and she told him that u must come back in to see me first. That’s ridiculous it’s like see me or nothing.

Miguel A. Rodriguez: Do not recommend them. My dad has been waiting for approval for 2 MRIs that were requested by a neurologist since April 2024. The doctors only approved one. We had to get a second order for the original MRI from the neurologist and delivered it physically because the original was never approved when sent via fax. Now come to find out theyre not approving it because he hasnt been seen by primary. Mt question now is: why did the primary office approve one and not the other since the original request? Why approve one and not the other, especially when a neurologist is concerned about a serious health condition?

Miriam Cartagena: Love my primary care doctor, nurses, employees and facility. There hasn’t been a time when I needed to see Dr. De Leon when I haven’t been squeezed in to see him. Or if I needed a prescription called in it was done in a fast timely manner. I’m very satisfied and happy.
