Everyone is pleasant and puts you at ease. I absolutely love Alina , the dental hygienist that I have been seeing. For the first time ever I enjoy going for my appointments! She is funny, puts you at ease, knows her stuff, and gives pain free service! Highly recommend!!!!

The hygienists do a terrific job and keep you as comfortable as possible during all cleanings.Consultations are with a board certified DDS and the work I have had done there has been top notch. I have no problem offering my recommendations to this office in Sebring. #stevensleavin

1 /5 Renee Lee: I agree with John Mahoney! I love the staff but will not be going back. Ive chosen another dentist. My dental work is a joke. During the three dentists I only liked the young lady in-between the two men dentists. I want a bridge and he told me I need like 15 crowns AFTER I had two very uncomfortable partials were placed, then took out two that was made a year earlier and my daughters crown fell out from the dentist before and charged us to look at it. Will never walk in the front door again. He even decided to have my daughter and I to drive an hour away to another dentist to do the work when I LIVE in Sebring. I wrote the OWNER of this company 6 months ago and have yet to hear from her. Yes, I love the staff and I feel sorry for them. The office is not worth walking in the front door. I will fight this company due to damage DONE!!

1 /5 John Mooney: First of all, I want to say that my wife and I love the staff here. Kara, and team are super. That being said I just had the most dishonest and fraudelent appointment with the new denitst, Dr. Sanchez. I have been going to Smile Design for over two years and have never had a problem . During that time I have been examined by 3 different dentists. I would get my teeth cleaned and then would be scheduled for my next appointment. This time Dr. Sanchez examined me and told me that I needed 8 crowns. I am a 79 soon to be 80 year old man. I have been going to dentists twice a year for as long as I can remember and have never been told that I need crowns. I gave him a one star because that is the lowest you can give. It is obvious that this dentist is a fraud and i would warn people, especially seniors to consider finding a new dentist. .

And the women who work there are as capable as they are likeable. The last thing I want to mention is pricing. They are quite pricey, but Dr Ernestos great care explained the pricing. I have recommended this office to others, which says a lot about my level of care. I saw this image looking out the back window of the office. I love the pink building.

My dental hygienist was Sebrina, and she was so kind, so gentle, and made me so comfortable throughout my cleaning. And Dr. Ruiz is simply delightful. :) Also my experiences with the ladies at the front desk were exceptional! They are amazing at their jobs. And the office is gorgeous, and so relaxing. Thank you all so much! I’m glad to finally have a dentist in Sebring where I feel safe and taken care of :)

Joanne Gossett: I am genuinely terrified of dentists. But Dr. Walters office was different than any other than I have been to in the past. The staff was professional and friendly. We got through the paperwork quickly and I didnt have to wait. This was great for my blood pressure and my anxiety level. He has the best little stress relievers a dental office could offer besides Novocain or gas. He was friendly, honest and very to the point. I like that in a doctor. We made a plan and they submitted it. Im going back! I highly recommend Smiletastic Family Dentistry and Dr. Walters to care for the oral health of my family and yours!!

Marilyn Spencer: Started with Dr. Dillon and when he sold the practice was never notified until I showed up it was actually Dr. Thomas office--- even though they tried to say they got return mail on me...hmmm lived here 18 yrs so dont believe that happened--- since shes out of network my insurance would not cover my cleaning at the 100%. We agreed on the difference and I paid out of pocket at the time of service to avoid having to wait for my longer for my cleaning. Next thing.I know I get a big bill in the mail and call the office to find out they made a mistake as they had agreed to take the copayment. I saw no dentist that day as there was none in the South office at that time. Next cleaning was due 6 mo later so I called multiple times to both my Insurance and the office and was told by Ed that my cleaning would be covered at 100%. Showed up for next appointment and the only reason I again returned was because I liked the the hygienist, But when the dentist came in she was very rude, very rough and very abrupt. Next thing I know I get a bill for 64.00 to pay on top of the 117.00 my insurance paid....Besides being given incorrect info twice they are Way overpriced and very rude. Def wont go back !!!!

V Krissoondatt: I made an appointment for me and my wife to go see Dr Dillon. Appointments was confirmed day before by the office. When we get there they said Dr Dillon is not there. They said they have another dentist to covering for him so we see the other doctor she did some x-ray and the reschedule us to see Dr Dillon a month later thats fine. Few days later the Dr office called me asking if I want to come the have an opening appointment for Wednesday may 31st i ask if they have the approval from my insurance they girl says yes. When I get there they told me i have to pay up front because they didnt get the approval from the insurance as yet. And I have to pay for the first visit as well because the dentist that replaced Dr Dillon is not in network. My question why wasnt i informed about the dentist thats covering for Dr Dillon was not in network

Sperry Russ: I broke a wisdom tooth and my Dentist referred me to Dr Celestina. I have had tooth extractions before that always was very uncomfortable. I was nervous as usual in a Dentist chair. But he was very kind and told me in steps what he was doing. The tooth was extracted so quickly, with no pain. He said "its out" before I even realized it was done. I highly recommend him.
