Despite confirming my insurance covered the visit, they later tried to bill me for a “major” X-ray I never received. The dentist (Dr. Mohammed Baig) was dismissive, made inappropriate comments within earshot of others (a HIPAA violation), and the exam room was visibly unclean. When I requested my medical records, they refused to release them unless I paid the bogus charge - an illegal and coercive tactic. (They eventually released them after I filed a public complaint). This office misrepresented services to both me and my insurer, and failed to follow up on their own billing errors. It’s not just about the money - it’s about the principle. Do yourself a favor and find a provider who respects patients and at the very least follows the law.
