1 /5 Jonathan Endsley: I brought my wife to the tgh emergency center, she was having chills, fever, fatigue, running nose, and sneezing and coughing. I know that the flu and covid are going around, however my wife symptoms could just as be one of those things. Over the counter medications were not working for her. We came here to be seen by a doctor to give more insight on whats going on. We arrived approximately at 12:00 midnight and was triaged quickly as soon as we arrived. It is no four hours after being triaged, we still have not been seen. The lobby was full with patients and some just got up and left, to which they have ran out of patience to be seen. We have decided once my wife gets seen, we will never come back to this facility again. The wait time for a patient is well below satisfactory and substandard. When patients waiting in the lobby can take a full blown nap before they can be seen. I may not work in the medical field. I do work in customer service and customer relations. In my opinion this place need a whole lot more of training in this area. I feel bad for my wife to be sick, I am severely disgusted on the way patients have to sit and stew in there illness before being seen by a physician. I would feel bad if someone passes away awaiting for care in this place. I am appalled, disgusted, and down right PISSED OFF. I hope in the near future these issues can and will be rectified for the next patient that requires professional care. It is now 4:30am and we still have seen by a physician. Just plain SAD.
