Amie Steward: The staff & medical team really care about the well-being of their patients. They are kind and considerate of all who walk through their doors. They are very thourough and get the job done! Its why I keep going back!
Rhonda Shoupe: It is truly a wonderful hospital. Dr. Patel is amazing! She immediately spotted a problem with the mixture of meds I am prescribed to take daily. She took one of them away altogether and I was fixed! Great facility is nice and very clean. staff is so very kind, patient and helpful. Only negative is I missed when you used to get a some ice and water with a cup by your bed as well as hygiene products to clean up a little. Over all wonderful place.
Elizabeth Bell: I called for my mammogram appointment today (9/19) and was told my appointment would be in December. That is ridiculous! 3 months to wait for an appointment. Ridiculous! I’ll be finding another provider.
Martin Qualls: The staff here is amazing. Great care! It is amazing to find such a great team of professionals to care for your medical needs. I moved here in October and I have never had the support and care from a doctors office like I have here. You are not a number you are a patient
Dianna James: Not much to say about her regarding my needs. I mean of bad comments, except for holding your insulin refill unless you go see her. My boyfriend did see her and he’s diabetic and the price of the medication was almost & 300.00 and so he called her to see if the was any other insulin that was cheaper that he can afford and she told him that u must come back in to see me first. That’s ridiculous it’s like see me or nothing.
Miguel A. Rodriguez: Do not recommend them. My dad has been waiting for approval for 2 MRIs that were requested by a neurologist since April 2024. The doctors only approved one. We had to get a second order for the original MRI from the neurologist and delivered it physically because the original was never approved when sent via fax. Now come to find out theyre not approving it because he hasnt been seen by primary.
Mt question now is: why did the primary office approve one and not the other since the original request? Why approve one and not the other, especially when a neurologist is concerned about a serious health condition?
Mary Mccann: Their great!! On time, Dr. deleon did a great job of informing me of my blood test and results. He seemed pleased with my results. I was very informed! Staff is great! Kim is great on the phone! Overall i was very satisfied with my visit!!
Miriam Cartagena: Love my primary care doctor, nurses, employees and facility. There hasn’t been a time when I needed to see Dr. De Leon when I haven’t been squeezed in to see him. Or if I needed a prescription called in it was done in a fast timely manner. I’m very satisfied and happy.
