All the staff was insanely friendly I am usually really nervous at the dentist and didn’t once feel anxiety or nervousness or like I was not being taken care of wonderfully. I had to bring my baby with me and they all were so sweet and accommodating and they even *sat on the floor to play with him and keep him entertained* while I was getting my teeth cleaned. Totally unheard of! 10/10 experience

Gwen Hall: Great Doctor and Staff. Its a pleasant and clean environment with knowledgeable staff. The practice offers reminder calls, detailed billing so you dont have "sticker shock"; you know your out-of-pocket beforehand and the wait time is almost nonexistent. Usually, you are in the chair within five minutes of your scheduled appointment. Kudos to Dr. Frank and his staff; they always show an appreciation for your time.

johnny peacock: Have absolutely never ever had a bad experience there from front personal to the back the entire staff and dentists make u feel very welcomed and patient focused. I would highly recommend anyone anyone going there. Such amazing entire staff. Definitely feel like a patient and not just a number that was experienced from previous providers untill i was referred to amazing New provider there. the staff takes care of patients in such a respectful and truly patient focused way. So very professnally from beginning to end. From very first visit to to very last I can 100 percent tell. Not enough words in Websters Dictionary to truly explain the Entire staff each and every visit rates more than 5 stars.A complete 10. Being referred by the VA its definitely been a blessing and experience like none other from the va referral person there who took care of my va referral and coordination with them. Wowsers so amazing. And front staff check in along with the back staf themselfs. . The staff and as well the Dentist himself. I look forward to returning because of the stellar people and staff there without any doubt all gives all from beginning to end and I personally thank each and everyone and truly look forward to seeing everyone again on my next visit soon.

Suliman Ayad: An actual scam office. They were rude, dismissive, and fraudulent throughout. They tried to stick me with some nonsense preventative periodontal treatment claiming I had “pre gingivitis” I went to a different dentist that has confirmed this is nonsense and a scam. THEY HAVE NO DENTISTS IN THE BUILDING. VIRTUAL DENTISTRY ONLY. Insurance wouldn’t cover all of the services they stuck me with that I didn’t ask for so I had to pay 45 dollars out of pocket. I RECEIVED NO CLEANING IN OFFICE. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. I have so many more choice words I have for this sham corporation but I want the review to stay up. I tried disputing my bill and was repeatedly routes through Indian call centers. 0 stars worst place ever.

Jean Seifert: Billing issues are an unbearable NIGHTMARE. Read BBB reviews and believe them. I thought it was bad enough they had me pay $449, way more than my portion for a crown under the terms of the insurance, but then they sent me an additional bill for $60. Finally got to talk to the office manager, who saw I had paid my share and did an adjustment for the $60.00. Now I have received a bill for $282!!! The office manager contends that was additional money owed by the insurance company but they apparently must have denied it because it wasnt paid, so its my responsibility. They have a contract with Delta Dental and they need to honor it.

NANI!!! Nani!!!!: Great place. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was friendly and super clear about what was being done and why. I did have a bit of a wait as I didnt get into the chair for x rays and cleaning until about 40 min after my appointment time, but it was a Saturday, and only 1 doctor seemed to be there so I can only complain so much. They also seemed to have recently changed what insurance providers they accept, and I wasnt aware as its not on their website yet. But overall, it was a fantastic appointment, and I will be going back
