I needed a two week turn around and the lab grown diamonds guy up the road near Kingsley told me "with your timeliness youre not gonna be able to get anything you want because Im not gonna work on anything thats not worth my time and what your asking for isnt worth my time" but thank goodness I came here next because immediately the owner kept telling me not to worry about limits and just think about what is your perfect ring and Ill do whatever I can to get it to you and boy did she deliver. To order my ring from the catalog finished it would have been 2 weeks past when I needed it, so the owner got the ring set and put the stone in in-house to meet my extreme deadline. In fact, she beat my deadline and had it back to me in 7 days INCLUDING WEEKENDS DAYS. I couldnt thank her more and I couldnt recommend her more either. Happy shopping!

I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable!
