Laura Coogler I am getting physical therapy 2-3 times a week and as a result, I’m feeling much better about my strength, balance and my walking. Fiona and Jean C. Have been working with me for the past 3 months. They are super knowledgeable about their work and are very committed to helping. They always have a great attitude and very personable. Their assistants are also very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jayne Smith I recently ended up in the hospital for cellulitis. I went to Imperial Point since I just moved into Pompano. I must say, i was absolutely astonished at the quality of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone made you feel comfortable and that you were the only person they had to care for. I had an Amazing RN on the 3rd Floor, Her name is Amanda, and if you are ever fortunate enough to get to speak with her, you will feel very comfortable about the hospital and the ongoing care they provide. I will definitely recommend this hospital to my friends and family here in Broward County. Thanks Amanda for being so kind! GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU, FOR WHAT YOU DO FOR ALL OF US! Cheryl Bridges I love this place!! Everyone is so nice and professional, from the girl on phone, the front desk receptionist and the Drs. themselves. I never thought I would feel so good having a few moles removed.

Ryan Sandhouse Had a good first visit and was given a topical treatment for my psoriasis. When I went for the one month follow up and my scalp did not take to the initial treatment we went with an alternative route. According to my insurance company the preauth was denied because of incomplete information regarding the first treatment plan in my chart. When I called about it I was talked down to as if I were a moron and told that the faxed documents from my insurance that already had delivery confirmation needed another 24 hours to be received and that they could and would not fix their mistake because they insisted it never happened and that I was an idiot for taking the insurance company at their word. Edit based on the reply: Prior to my insurance calling me to inform me about the denial I had tried following up with the pharmacy who also asked me about the information insurance company said was missing which is 2 sources of the claim that something was missing. And I had given the staff I spoke with on the phone the chance to say that before we started getting rude with each other leading me to hang up on them. There were multiple opportunities to make these statements before I hung up. But yes I responded rudely to being TREATED rudely. I called in and was disconnected when they attempted to transfer me to the point I had to call back multiple times before speaking with someone who would talk to me about this issue.

Jessica C I went in to urgent care on a Saturday morning miserably sick. The staff were very friendly, helpful and best of all quick to get me back to see a physician. The ladies up front even watched over my daughter in their very kid friendly play area while I was being treated. I saw Rosemary, one of the nurse practitioners on staff. She took a very through medical history and spent a lot of one on one time with me to determine all of my medical needs. I left with about 5 different prescriptions and Rosemary even gave me her personal cell number in case I had any trouble at the pharmacy or questions about the medications. Its difficult to get that kind of personal care and attention at a private practice medical office and nearly impossible at an urgent care facility. I am truly grateful that I found this place in my time of medical need. The staff was wonderful and the facility is very clean and well maintained. Highly Recommend!

Julianna Both my husband and I have been patients of Broward Family Medical for almost 10 years. We see Dr. Megan Waskin. She is a phenomenal practitioner with an incredible bedside manor. She is thorough, patient and kind and really listens and understands. She takes her time with her patients and you never feel rushed or overlooked. She actually reviews your chart and history before seeing you and is always fully prepared. The office is great and they do labs in house, which is wonderful. The entire staff is kind, proficient and extremely welcoming We are treated like family, and that is what you should expect when seeing your family doctor. We are beyond grateful for all of the care we continue to receive at Broward Family Medical.

Erik Satornino No problems with Dr. Waskin, but his staff is “know it all” and zero help. When you are sick they are not available for you, appointments get mixed. I stopped by in person to make an appointment for a pre-op surgery and was turned around as usual. First the lady said you cannot schedule until your paperwork is received. Well I made sure it was faxed over AND brought a copy. Then without even checking she says we didn’t receive it yet. My wife pointed out that she didn’t even look and another cascade of excuses was the answer. My wife canceled all appointments with the office (future annual check ups), but I wont be surprised if they try to charge me a no show fee as they attempted before for the appointment that they scheduled without my knowledge.

Elaine Outar This hospital saved my moms life when she had Covid. We were told that she may not make it and to prepare ourselves. However they took care of her up until the point of her discharge to the physical therapist nursing home. Once they saw she was getting discharged it’s like they forgot to take care of her. They had her sitting in her own poop for hours because no one checked on her. (She still needed assistance with moving because she was on a ventilator for a long time without moving and Needed to regain muscle strength) Also they don’t have a pediatrics section so I feel uncomfortable taking my son here because last time they acted like they didn’t know what to do for a child. Unfortunately this is the only hospital I know close to my house.

Heather Wow has this hospital changed. Just took my partner to the emergency department and had excellent service. We were met with a great RN named Jennifer and she immediately started getting treatment. Then Dr. Trevor Smith and Dr. John Kimpel both diagnosed and got my partner some relief. So efficient and great bedside manner. Don’t want to forget Nurse Debbie who was such a pleasure to speak with upon discharge. Highly recommend that if you find yourself stuck in the hospital, this is hospital to go to!

Celal Kuzu I have been seeing Dr. George for several years now. He is a very caring doctor. He gets the job done. Whenever I went to see him for any problems I had with my health, he was always very helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great doctor. His experience and knowledge in his field makes him a rare doctor to find. I would give him 10/10.

Mark J. Tollios I brought my 89 year old father who is suffering from dementia to this office to see Dr. George. The first visit seemed okay, but all went downhill from there. Not only is the office unorganized, but they are rude! I was experiencing some problems with my father health wise and conveyed this information to Dr. George, he then suggested for me to bring him to Quest Diagnostics for blood work, which I did. After the results were automatically delivered to the doctors office, I followed up with Dr. George to discuss the results along with my care giver. He explained to us that all of his levels were fine and we did not need to change anything medication wise. I was confused because he had constant diarrhea which he then suggested Imodium OTC. At this point I did not know what to think until I received a call from Ken (Georges PA) the next day. Ken explained to me that several of my fathers levels were way off and he was dehydrated. Very confused, I asked Ken why would Dr. George tell me everything was okay? Ken was confused as well stating "I dont know why he would say that". Later to find out...Dr. George was reading blood work of 2017. I was livid! Upon confronting Dr. George with this matter, he denied the whole thing and said "I never said everything was alright". My care giver and I were in shock because we both heard the conversation. He obviously did not own up to the fact that he made a mistake. In my opinion, he is incompetent and just does not care. At this point I know I needed to find a new doctor immediately which I have done, and finally I have a peace of mind. I have more issues with this Doctor and office, but I think this will suffice. Do yourself a favor and do not visit Dr. Phillip George! BTW, if it were not for Ken, I may still be left in the dark, so I have to commend him for following up.

Robert Emanuel Dr Blum is a GREAT doctor. ALAS - when he joined Broward Health, he rendered himself less accessible to make or change appointments. Broward Health often gets calls that one makes to his office number, so much for his staff handling patient calls directly. And Broward Health is a company of inefficient, inept, and inconsistent people to make a simple appointment. I am not Catholic but thanks to Broward Health, I know what purgatory is like - and after waiting, they STILL cant schedule a patient w/o 20 questions: "back door" protocol all the way! The further shame is that he wont even see this!

Charles McCanna Let me start this review by saying that Dr. Blum is great! I really like the man and he was a good cardiologist however his office staff leaves something to be desired. I had an appointment and was contacted through a phone call to make sure I was coming to the appointment. I couldnt answer the call so they left a message which included the address of 2901 Coral Hills Dr., Coral Springs Florida. So I go to my appointment which had been made six months prior and walked in at 3:55 PM for my 4 oclock appointment at which point I was informed by Dr. Blum no longer practices out of that office. I would need to go farther down Sample Rd., East towards 95. Obviously I had no time to do that and when we tried to call the other office where Dr. Blum was supposed to be no one answered the phone. I am no longer a patient at this office and I am extremely tired of dealing with such incompetence, indifference and lack of just caring and service by the office staff of most medical professionals.

Kemar Campbell After switching my health insurance to Ambetter, I discovered that nearly all local doctors are tied to Holy Cross. The customer service is appalling: the phone attendants are hostile, ghetto and not very helpful. My appointment with cardiologist Dr. Vicente Font was equally disastrous. I tried to explain my condition in detail, but he abruptly told me to stop talking so he could jot down notes. He made it clear he wasn’t interested in hearing more than the bare minimum. Instead of asking follow-up questions, he insisted that nothing was wrong and told me to just go home. When I pushed for additional tests, he grudgingly agreed only to perform a calcium test, ignoring the other symptoms and concerns I mentioned. The entire experience felt extremely rushed and unprofessional. Dr. Font’s dismissive attitude and lack of genuine care made the appointment a complete waste of time. I’ve never encountered a cardiologist so rude, deplorable and uninterested in proper patient care. I will not be returning to this doctor or any provider affiliated with Holy Cross. AVOID this network if you value thorough, respectful medical attention.

D. Romano I am giving this a one star to raise attention to the STAFF (front desk and nurses). When I call to clarify or understand a question regarding the meds or a procedure, I was yelled at, hung up on, and told i do not have time for this. Unacceptable. Particularly from the nurses who were not only rude, they were cruel and unempathetic to my feelings and concerns. It is critical to get the meds RIGHT after hospitalization. VERY overwhelming to me and my mother, and they should understand that. I would suggest there first comment should be, as I am calling regarding heart critical meds after her recent discharge from the hospital - "How is your mother doing?". This is a recurring problem, with multiple (not all) staff. Having said this, Dr. Anand has been very responsive and professional to me and my mother. She is very happy with him, and he has performed multiple successful procedures on her. He deserves five stars.
