5 /5 Sierra H: Recently switched from a corporate owned auto shop to Bayard, I brought my car in for an oil change and it was very fast! In and out in about 30 minutes, and was under $100. I was very impressed from my previous experiences in the area. I spoke to Tom he was friendly and helpful. I will be back for future auto needs!

5 /5 Edward Heinold: It’s not too often you have a great experience dealing with an auto repair shop but Bayard Auto Center is a positive exception to the rule. Scheduled a same day appointment for our Mercedes SUV it was completed on time for a lot less than the MB dealer. Derek and Thomas are easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about the automotive repair business & utilize their expertise to guide their technicians if needed. As long as we have a car we will be back!!!

Their pricing is more than fair, and they don’t waste your time trying to upsell or point out unrelated “issues.” If something needs to be fixed, they’ll look for the most practical and affordable solution instead of charging you for unnecessary work. I couldn’t recommend them more—they’re honest, efficient, and truly have your best interest in mind.

5 /5 Brian Miller: Our Porsche Macan had a headlamp go out. Called the original place we purchased and they were inconclusive about what to do. Called Porsche and they said job would start at $765 for the part alone as the entire assembly would need to be replaced and the bumper removed. Saw reviews for Bayard online as being trustworthy so gave them a call. Took car in this AM. They looked it up and headlamp replacement with no bumper removal done for a fraction of the cost. Price quoted was price paid. Super satisfied. They will get more of our business and will recommend to others. Thomas at the front desk could not have been more courteous and helpful.

I brought my car in originally for a “check charging system” failure and left with rotors, tires, and brakes. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and why, without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!
