4 /5 KH: I went in for a full set and removal of my previous tips. Zella was patient and took her time. I love the new design and thickness. My only issue is that 3 of my nails have lumps and could have been filed down better. It doesn’t show because of the design so I will address that at my next visit. I’ve had a pedicure here before and they did a good job. Along with offering complementary beverages and a clean updated and stylish workspace I would recommend this spa.

1 /5 Michelle Duggan: Great service, family friendly. Organic dip powder is a favorite! EDIT: Well. As of 12/23 the service and quality has declined. Appears to be under new ownership. We will not be back.

EVERYTIME you walk in the door Tony & Linda and the staff greet you sincerely and it’s like escaping to your own little oasis for a few hours. I never leave disappointed in my nails regardless of the service I choose. Dip or gel x. Nail art or shape. This salon gets it right every time! The pedicure services are spectacular. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and pampered. They pull out all the ammenities to make sure your experience is memorable. Prices are competitive and attention to detail is second to none. Personally I am a wild card with my designs and shapes and colors and they always accommodate. Vivid nail lounge will always be my go to salon. It’s home!

Platinum Nails & Spa - Sanford Pauline Holcomb: During my visit, I witnessed a concerning lack of service for African American women. After entering the salon, I was met with an argument among the staff about who would service my pedicure. Additionally, another African American woman who came in shortly after me was told there was no one available to assist her and was asked to return later, despite several manicurists sitting idle. Three Caucasian women and one Indian woman who entered the salon were immediately offered service. This pattern raises serious concerns about discriminatory practices at this establishment. I chose this salon for its convenience, being just five minutes from my home, but I can no longer support a business that appears to discriminate against clients based on their race. Moving forward, I will seek out an African American manicurist for my nail care needs. I urge the owner to reflect on these concerns to ensure all clients are treated fairly and with respect.

From start to finish, Britney was attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about her work. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave great recommendations on colors and styles. The salon itself was spotless, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience feel like a treat. Britney’s attention to detail was impressive, and I could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I was thrilled with the final result. My nails turned out beautiful and have held up perfectly since my appointment. If you’re looking for a nail tech who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Britney at Nice Nails. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Oasis By Val Nail Salon - Sanford Angel Alonso: The salon is super clean, and organized. The instruments are sterilized after every use and Val is very knowledgable about nail care and health. I was super impressed with the quality of her products and the variety of services that are offered. I will definitely be coming back and sending my friends and family here.
