1 /5 Kee Ai: My daughter and I was referred to this place in hopes that we receive the services needed, but what we experienced was not what the previous reviews state. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD, I do NOT recommend anyone to use this place. What I experienced on today I couldn’t believe the Dr even tried my intelligence. As always I am a firm believer that you should always read anything before signing. Well I noticed before signing off for the treatment that my daughter and I was there to receive One of the ladies (I know her when I see her) checked off/ billed us for treatment that we never received and when i brought it to the Doctor’s attention and she “Acted” as if she was really concern but really knew what was going on (just to cover herself) this made my daughter and I very upset as well as uncomfortable that I didn’t continue with the service today. Also what I found weird was today The doctor saw us first before treatment was done when usually it’s the other way around. (Treatment first and see the doctor last) I was asked by the Doctor to sign off before treatment was given for us which I refused due to No treatment checked /billed. This place is a FRAUD, imagine how many other people are being affected by this situation without knowledge. SAD!!!

5 /5 Gary Gandia: The staff at CMC are hands down the nicest staff I have ever had the privilege to interact with. They are helpful, extremely kind and considerate. Just an all around pleasure to have been taken care of by them. They are just awesome people. I absolutely recommend this Medical Center to anyone who reads this review.

5 /5 Brian Tangredi: Just recently finished up treatment there for a car accident I was in and all the ladies there were all so nice and professional. Joyce and karen up at the front desk were always so nice and Jessica did an amazing job with the massages and showing me different stretches to help my back. I would recommend to anyone!!

1 /5 Joceline Cotto: If i was able to give them 0 stars I would! Therapy is a waste of time because they dont help! They are slow and always going around in circles. No organization! Accommodation for the patients NONE! They are so concerned about the money that they insist for you to attend 20+ Sections! In order to “release” you. You attend all 20 sections and still cant give you proper documentation indicating you are released! If job needs documentation they can’t provide you with it either! In other words your just a money sign! Doctor Saunders is not Approachable at all! Not a people person! Asks you the same question day after day! Its like a routine. Nothing different And with a doctor like that patients are not comfortable! And niether is the staff! The staff would perfer to try and answer all concerns with a simple NO than approaching the Doctor and thats the main problem! Very unsatisfied! I recommend looking for a different place!

Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion - Osceola - Kissimmee Cindys Adams: I visited this ER after passing two others, my daughter was seen immediately and brought to a room. All of the nurses were informative with all that needed to be done. The Dr spoke with me and my daughter with all the next steps the whole time there. We were there about four hours, after the results of the tests were given, daughter was sent home feeling better.

Orlando Health ER and Medical Pavilion Osceola - Kissimmee Abigail Anderson: Was in severe pain and literally falling over when trying to walk and no care from staff. The wait, even with my obviously horrible symptoms didn’t matter to them. They continued to make me wait in agony for another hour in the waiting room. Subpar treatment, even from the doctors,and no concern for patients.

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital Emergency Room - Kissimmee Krista Simpson: Absolutely awesome experience everyone was perfect from the security guard to the PA. I was in and out fast. Only issue was with the triage guy he mumbled and did not talk English clearly at all then when I asked for him to repeat himself multiple times he got extremely man.. If he would just take a moment to think about what hes saying and slow down and work on pronunciation he would have saved us both time and frustration.

HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital - Kissimmee Timothy Kallen: Went here to have a procedure done. Very easy check in. Registration all was very quick and easy. Facility was outstanding. My Daughter picked dropped me and picked me up, she said it doesnt even have that Hospital smell. Did not go to cafeteria so not sure how good it was. But everyone was courteous and very friendly. Nursed in outpatient were outstanding. Great care.

AdventHealth Kissimmee - Kissimmee D Huynh: Do the nurses here start their shifts by walking around the hospital and introducing themselves to every patient until their shift ends? Ive only been here for 3 days, but I’ve met about 20 new names and faces that I would never see again. It’s wild how many people come through! Kidding aside, I truly enjoyed my stay here thanks to my nurses and tech. Due to the blood loss caused by my condition, my brain wasn’t functioning properly, and I struggled to process information and communicate, including slurred speech at times. Despite this, the staff responsible for my care were incredibly supportive and understanding. Everyone here was exceptional and friendly. They treated me with respect and kindness, always responding quickly. A special shoutout to my nurses and tech: Alexander, Carlos, and Rowana. This hospital truly has some of the best people in the world, and I’m grateful to have been under their care. Alex went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. He was exceptional, kind, understanding, funny, and incredibly caring. Alex was truly the best of the best, and I’ll always keep him in my heart. May God bless him, wherever he may be.

Kissimmee Medical Center - Kissimmee Yoneiris Berenice Santana: Loved it! The front desk is kind. Never had a problem with them. Thank you to the DR for all of her advice. She also seems to care about her patients.

AdventHealth Medical Group Hematology & Oncology Kissimmee - Kissimmee J Pinto: Took a year to schedule this appointment and wasnt able to get the provider I wanted. Dr. Pareek was condescending, and none of the medical team took my medical history or looked at the records I brought. Dr. Pareek seems knowledgeable, and I did learn new things in the visit, however, he reminds me of everything wrong with the healthcare system: not up to date, dismissive/gaslighting, and no regard for the patients history (which goes beyond "ranges of normalcy"; ex: just because my BP is within normal range does NOT mean that its normal for ME). As someone that has worked in healthcare simply to understand how it works, find someone that wants to get to know your body and allows you to make informed decisions; beware those that assume and tell you what to do without much information provided and then belittle you for taking charge of your OWN health. For more positives: The rest of the staff was friendly. Facilities are clean and organized. The Advent app and website is great.

AdventHealth Celebration - Kissimmee Jeffrey Bykowski: I came into Advent Health Celebration with a severe case of pneumonia caused by the flu. The level and quality of care I received was exceptional. Not only did I have a relatively quick recovery but the communication with my primary care provider was excellent! All of my follow up issues were very well communicated to all of my providers. This hospital is amazing! As are all of the staff. They are the very best!

AdventHealth Medical Group Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Kissimmee - Kissimmee Susan B: Why is it so difficult to speak to a person on the phone. I went in person to discuss a script that was sent to my pharmacy which was never received. I am now into week three of not being able to get this office to understand they just have to resend a script. You have to leave a message with clinical staff which is never returned. You call and the receptionist will kindly tell you that she is sending a message to the clinical staff. What a surprise, no one calls me or responds. The management at this office is very poor. I will find another digestive care office to go to. Ms. Colon, and Dr. Gomez were helpful and attentive, however, there is something wrong with the office staff and their organization. Fix it folks, people are complaining.
