5 /5 Jeanette Millan: I cant express how grateful I am to Dental Care 24/7 Orlando for their exceptional emergency dental care. I was in excruciating pain and needed immediate attention, and they fit me into their schedule right away. From the moment I walked in (30 mins before closing). the staff was incredibly compassionate and understanding and professional. Will recommend!

1 /5 J-: Others have said it… but kind of scammy. I had a crown come off. It’s a crown that came off 6 months ago. The price to repair it at a normal dentist, walk in, with no appointment was $30. Here they started with “we don’t accept insurance”. That’s fine… But they continued, “The initial consultation is $139 and then they’ll determine any other charges needed. What’s the problem?” I said, “I just need glue. This came off (showed the crown), and I simply need it glued back on.” She said, “Oh. I think that starts at $300.” So, the base for $.60 worth of glue and 5 minutes effort is $440. Base… I’m sure they’d find a way to con more into it than that with X-rays, preparation, etc. I was walking into a $1,000 morning. So be warned. They exist off of trying to take advantage of people who are in emergency scenarios where they’re more likely to agree to absurd costs for treatment.

1 /5 Angie: They dont take insurance which i guess is fine as long as I can send the receipt to my insurance. But just be warned that they make you pay after the service** My review is about my experience however.. my child and I went there for a broken tooth(my daughters tooth) , that was the reason on how the visit was booked. Check in was quick and staff was nice, but then we were placed in a room that had blood on the pillow... it was clearly blood. So I mentioned it to one of the staff who relocated us to another room. 3 separate staff members came in to tell us the same thing "the provider will be right in" lol 1.5 hours past before I decided to go check with the staff because no one had come in to see us. The lights in the building were all off lol I did manage to get the attention of someone sitting in the front lobby who i asked when we would be seen. He explained that the tech was on call and she was paged over 40 mins ago but was stuck in traffic. Which is fine, but my question is why they didnt prepare the tech to be on-site when the appt was booked with a CC of broken tooth? If you knew the appt would need xrays why didnt the tech get paged during check in? Or told to come in for that appt? Almost at the 2 hr mark I decided to leave as we were still not serviced. Everyone was nice, but this was poorly planned and apparently not cleaned.

1 /5 Alexía Labbé: Be cautious with this place. Their prices are outrageously high, and they seem to take advantage of people in emergencies. Just getting started will cost you over $500. They advertise a $99 Dental Exam with X-Ray included, but it’s misleading, what they promote online and in the office doesn’t match the reality. I felt like the focus was on money and not on our emergency.

5 /5 Jessica Karas: We are in town on vacation and one member of our family ended up needing urgent dental care. The staff at Dental Care 24/7, and the staff with the Urgent Care side, were extremely kind, patient, and professional. We were very impressed by the care he received and would recommend 1000%!!
