5 /5 Diana Rey: Dr Zachary is an amazing Dr. I had 2 babies with him he is always on track of your progress, for me the best is he always go straight to the point. There is not big chats about baby growing or stuff that you can learn by your self. He goes more to details about your baby. Which make the appointment way better no time wasting. They ensure baby and mom health. Happy with my delivery and thankful how special and cared he make us feel during the delivery process. C section both babies.He definitely is the best of the best in Tampa General!

1 /5 Allison Bello: I truly believe all these good reviews are paid for. There is no way for a person to have so many bad experiences with the same team. I am a current patient and listen, I have just stayed here because I don’t like changing doctors since I’m almost giving birth. The doctor itself is good but the overall team is the worst thing you could ever expect. Rude, unprofessional, never pick up the call and are even LATE to open the office at the time of your appointment!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

1 /5 Heather Bliss: Called and remained on hold for over 17 minutes. When the office staff finally answered she wasn’t knowledgeable about procedures offered and placed me back on hold again. She was maintaining other conversations while on the phone with me. Total hold time over 20 minutes, going elsewhere as office staff’s lack of knowledge and unprofessional behavior does not bode well for the healthcare provider.

5 /5 Adrianna Castellano: I’ve been a patient of Dr.Zakhary since I’ve been 16years old and I am now 30. He delivered both of my children and both burning experiences were great. He’s so full of love and compassion. I was only 17 when i birthed my 1st child and Dr.Zakhary educated as well as pacified me. Hopefully I will finally give him that boy he’s always asking about. Dr.Zakhary you’re the BEST!!

5 /5 Katherin Abreus: Dr. Zakhary and his team are the best. He delivered my baby at Advent Health Tampa and I had the best birthday experience there. I really enjoyed my pregnancy and he made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout those nine months. I have been his patient for over a year now and I would recommend this practice 100%. My family and I are really grateful.

Kelly Berardesco: I was on a short trip to Vero Beach for the weekend with my family. As a diabetic, I always carry my supplies, however on this trip I ran out. At the time of my insulin pump falling off there was not an open pharmacy in a 20 mile radius . I thought the hospital would be able to help. Instead, I was treated like a drug addict. I was told that this is not a dispensary . Insulin is not a drug but is needed for me to survive. I would not recommend this hospital.

leaveyourlegacy2012: Was on hold for scheduling a medical appointment for over 15min, finally got a hold of someone who asked if I had health insurance and then immediately placed me on hold again for another 7 min, just to be transferred to their dental department and then that person also attemtped to transfer me and keep me on hold. In total about 30 min of wasted time. Not the first time Ive tried to make a simple medical appointment at this establishment and was given quite the run around. I dont know how they have a 5 star rating. Steer clear of this place. They are not helpful.

I have been lucky enough to get Dr Jean-Paul, TWICE!! He is the most caring, compassionate and understanding Doctor I have ever had in an ER. He "LISTENS" to the patient which is absent in so many Doctors. I wish he had a private practice. Thank You Dr for your empathy and care!!

Judy Heller: I have been an oncology patient at CC Weston since 2020. Last year my oncologist in Boston referred me to Scully Welch for radiation treatment. When I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2024, I Had 6 months of treatment at Dana Farber in Boston. Excellent doctor and staff. My care team sent an order to S-W for follow up bloodwork and a port flush. I am a seasonal resident of Vero Beach and despite the order from my Boston oncologist ( who is licensed in FL) I Was told I could not receive this service at Scully Welch because I had no local oncologist! I am making a 2 hour drive to Weston for bloodwork and a port flush! Very disappointed in the IR Cleveland Clinic. Will reconsider donations in the future.

Gambolputty Mike: My family and I have been patients at this practice for several years. We have been happy with the care given until lately. It has become untenable. The office will not return calls, respond to requests for a referral to a specialist, or answer written correspondence. I cannot blame the staff personally because I think the Cleveland Clinic ruins everything they become involved in. I have seen it not just here but at Vero Radiology also. Its bad enough that I am exploring all of us moving to a primary care outside the Cleveland Clinic dysfunctional system.
